Global Mobility Circle
Circle Deals

The deal infrastructure inside the network

Circle Deals is where cross-border cases move between verified members — a request goes out, offers come back, and the deal runs end to end with contacts revealed only on agreement. No commission to Circle.

What it is

A structured Deal Flow

Every request, offer and deal sits between verified members — access is by verification only. Members publish case-specific requests and respond with offers. Circle sets the rules of the environment — verification, audit trail, deal stages — and stays out of the commercial terms. The two sides agree price and model directly between themselves.

How a deal works

From request to completed deal

The same flow works in both directions — anyone can send a request, any verified provider can respond. Roles below are illustrative.

Request
Sender

A case is published

Jurisdictions, service line, timeline, currency, and a brief. Sent to the whole network, or as a Direct Request to one specific provider.

Offers
Providers

Verified providers respond

Each offer states the deal model (commission or white-label), terms, and — for the sender — the earnings on the case.

Match
Sender

One offer is accepted

Full contact details are revealed only at this point. Nothing leaks before agreement — no identities, no direct channel.

Deal
Both parties

The deal runs through stages

In Progress → Client paid → Commission paid → Completed. Built-in chat and an audit log on every status change.

Outcome
Both parties

Track record

Every completed deal builds your reputation inside the network and unlocks Partners — saved contacts for repeat deals and ongoing partnership.

Deal models

Two ways to structure any deal

Commission

Referral commission

The provider receives the client payment and pays the sender a referral commission on the agreed terms.

White-label

The client stays yours

The sender bills the client directly and pays the provider for the service. The client relationship never leaves the sender.

A provider can offer both at once, and the model can be switched mid-deal by mutual agreement — one side proposes, the other accepts.

Inside the platform

What runs the deal

Internal chat & documents

Every deal has its own thread — messages, files, and terms in one place, tied to the case.

Contacts gated to agreement

Identities and channels open only after an offer is accepted — no leakage while a request is live.

Status tracker & audit log

Clear deal stages with every change recorded, so both sides always know where things stand.

Partners

Saved contacts with members you've closed deals with — skip the request step on repeat business.

Verified counterparties

Everyone in a deal has passed verification before access — you always know who's on the other side.

Direct Requests

Skip the open network and send a case straight to one specific provider when you already know who you want.

Two sides

The same flow, both directions

Questions

Frequently asked

What happens if a deal falls through or the client is refunded?

The deal's status follows the money. Payments are recorded and confirmed inside the platform, and a fully refunded deal reverts to its earlier state instead of closing as completed, so the record matches what actually happened.

How much of my client's information goes into the platform?

As little as possible. A request carries the case, not the person — jurisdictions, service line, budget, timeline, citizenship — not your client's name. Identifying details and supporting documents are exchanged directly between the two parties, off the platform.

What stops a partner from taking the contact and working around Circle?

Nothing needs to — Circle takes 0% of your deals, so there is nothing to route around. What keeps members inside is the record: contacts open only once your organisations have a deal together, and every completed deal, confirmed payment and piece of partner feedback stays attached to the member inside the network.

Do I have to pay to use Circle Deals as an agent?

No. A free agent account publishes requests, sends a request to a specific provider, and keeps its partner contacts. What paid plans lift is volume — how many requests you send a month, and how many deals you keep open at once.

What if a provider doesn't deliver?

Circle is not a party to any deal and takes no responsibility for the work itself — members contract directly with each other, so do your own due diligence before placing a case. What Circle controls is who stays in the network. Report the conduct and we will review it; where a member has breached our standards, membership has been restricted or withdrawn. Every completed deal, confirmed payment and piece of feedback stays attached to a member's record, which is what keeps standards high. The Complaints & Reporting Policy sets out how to raise a complaint and the limits of our role.
