The Early Member window closes on 31 August — what does joining now lock in?
Early Members — providers who join in this first cohort — keep their terms for good: entry price locked for as long as membership continues, +2 jurisdictions on any tier, priority placement, and a permanent badge. After 31 August, new members join at standard terms. Circle has run cross-border partnerships since 2023 — an established network now opening membership through its own platform.
Who pays commission, and what does Circle take?
On a commission deal, the provider pays the agent a referral commission directly, on terms the two parties agree between themselves. Circle takes 0% — no cut of the deal. The only thing you pay Circle is your subscription.
Why do providers pay annually and agents can pay monthly?
Providers join as verified companies on an annual membership — it reflects a committed, vetted relationship. Agents can start free and pay monthly or annually, scaling up as their deal flow grows.
What are the limits on an agent plan?
Agents have one limit: how many requests you send each month. A request is a cross-border case you post into the network for verified providers to respond to. Free covers 5 requests a month and lets you keep up to 5 deals open at once; paid plans lift both. Agents don't have "offers" — that's the provider side.
What are the limits on a provider plan?
Providers get unlimited requests on every plan — a request is a case you post into the network when it needs something you don't cover yourself: usually another jurisdiction, sometimes a different service line. What's capped is offers: an offer is your response to a case in Deal Flow, and each plan includes a set number per month (unlimited on Group). Jurisdiction reach is the other thing that grows with the tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
You can upgrade at any time and the higher limits apply immediately; billing for the new tier starts from the next period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
What's the specialist jurisdiction band?
Providers with a single service line in Visa Services or Tax & Finance get higher jurisdiction limits, since their work spans more countries within one specialization.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. The one exception: if we decline your verification, you receive a full refund.
