This Cookie Policy explains how Sovium Ltd (registered in England and Wales as SOVIUM LTD, company number 16837739, registered office Bmlg.02, 10 Barley Mow Passage, London, England, W4 4PH) ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Global Mobility Circle ("Circle"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the Global Mobility Circle website and the Circle Deals platform (together, the "Website").
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help a website function, keep you signed in, and support security. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and SDKs (together referred to as "cookies" in this policy).
2. The cookies we use
We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. We use the following.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as signing in, navigating pages, completing payment, or maintaining security. They include cookies used for:
- authentication and session management (keeping you signed in to the Circle Deals platform);
- security (for example, protecting against cross-site request forgery);
- payment and fraud prevention on checkout and payment pages (set by our payment provider, Stripe);
- basic site operation and delivery (set by our hosting provider, Vercel).
Legal basis (UK): these cookies are exempt from consent because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request (PECR, as amended).
2.2 Analytics (cookieless)
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. This tool is cookieless: it does not store cookies or identifiers on your device to track you, does not follow you across websites, and uses aggregated, non-identifying data.
Because this analytics does not store or access information on your device in a way that requires consent, it does not rely on a consent banner.
2.3 Advertising and analytics cookies (consent-based)
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd ("Meta"), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand conversions on the Website (for example, page views and sign-up form submissions). The Meta Pixel may set cookies on your device (for example, _fbp).
These cookies are set only if you give consent via our cookie banner. Data collected through the Meta Pixel may be processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Legal basis (UK): consent (UK GDPR and PECR). We ask for your consent before these cookies are set, and you can withdraw it at any time (see section 3).
3. Consent and your choices
3.1 Cookie banner. On your first visit we display a cookie banner offering you the choice to Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored on your device. Non-essential cookies (including the Meta Pixel) are set only after you choose Accept.
3.2 Changing or withdrawing your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the Website footer to clear your stored choice and make a fresh decision, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops the Meta Pixel from loading on subsequent page views.
3.3 Browser controls. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies, delete cookies when you close your browser, or delete existing cookies. If you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Website (including sign-in and payment) may not work as intended.
4. International data transfers
Some of our providers (for example, Vercel and Stripe) may process data outside the UK. Where international transfers occur, we apply appropriate safeguards as described in our Privacy Notice.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new effective date.
