Two ways to structure a deal
Provider pays you a referral commission
The provider receives the client payment, then pays you a referral commission on the agreed terms — full upfront, 50/50, or on completion.
You bill the client, the client sees only you
You collect from the client directly, then pay the provider for the service. The relationship stays entirely yours.
A provider can offer both at once. The deal type can be switched mid-flight by mutual agreement — either party proposes, the other accepts.

Frequently asked
Do I need to be a registered company to join as an agent?
No. Solo agents go through identity verification only — no company review.
Is verification required?
Identity verification, yes. It takes a few minutes at sign-up.
How do commissions work in practice?
On a commission deal, the provider pays you a referral commission on the agreed terms after the client pays. On white-label, you bill the client and pay the provider for the service.
What if my client needs a jurisdiction not in the network yet?
Publish the request anyway — it reaches the whole network, and a provider with adjacent expertise may take it. Circle adds new jurisdictions in response to demand, so what isn't covered today often is soon after.
Can I switch deal types mid-deal?
Yes — either party can propose a switch between commission and white-label, the other accepts.
What's the difference between Free and Core?
On Free you're an individual agent — a personal profile, one seat. Core is where you become a company: add your company name and logo, present yourself as part of that company, and start building its reputation and track record. It also lifts you from 5 to 30 requests a month and removes the cap of 5 open deals at once. Team and Group then let you add colleagues as team members.
I'm an immigration lawyer — should I join as an agent or as a provider?
If your main interest is passing on cases outside your jurisdiction or scope, join as an agent. If you want to receive and fulfil cross-border cases as a verified specialist, join as a provider.
Do members meet beyond the platform?
Yes — Circle runs regular online events, and agents have access to them. It's a direct way to get to know the verified providers you'll be placing cases with, beyond the deal itself.
