Every provider firm in Circle is checked by a person before it joins. Review takes up to seven days. Agents verify their identity before they work with the network.
What we check
A registered, operating company.
The legal entity is reconciled with the register of its country of registration.
Proven competence in every jurisdiction claimed.
Each jurisdiction is approved separately. One without evidence is not approved, even when the firm is.
Licences where required.
Confirmed by document, not by statement.
A professional public presence.
The website and profiles match the declared practice.
A clean, verifiable business reputation.
References that can be checked, and no credible evidence of serious misconduct toward clients or partners.
No sanctions exposure.
Every applicant is screened against sanctions lists before approval.
A lawful service model with no promised outcomes.
No promise of approval under a programme, and no business built on circumventing the programmes it sells.
Payment never replaces verification.
A firm that has paid is still reviewed. If it is not approved, any prepaid fee is refunded, subject to reasonable fraud and compliance checks.

What members commit to
- Accurate claims — only jurisdictions they actually practise in, only licences they hold.
- No promised approvals or outcomes that depend on a sovereign decision.
- No self-promotion in any Circle environment.
- Agreements with another member are honoured, and a referred client is never left without an answer.
- A member never bypasses the partner the network introduced them to in order to work with that partner's client directly.
- Client information received from another member is used only for that matter.
Competition inside the network is normal
Several members may work the same jurisdiction or the same clients. Professional disagreement and declining to work together are not breaches.
Checked at entry, upheld throughout membership
Verification is not a one-time event. The forum is moderated, every deal on Circle Deals adds to a member's record — feedback from partners, response time and quality of work — and any complaint or new fact, on the platform or off it, is grounds for a fresh review. Where the standards are breached, membership is not renewed or is withdrawn.
How a breach is handled
The measure matches the breach. Before non-renewal or exclusion, the member is given the opportunity to respond, unless delay would harm other members. Decisions are confidential.

For a breach in the forum.
A recorded warning
For a first breach, after a conversation.
Non-renewal
For repeated slow replies or abandoned commitments.
Exclusion without refund
For unlawful conduct, or failing clients or other members.
