Three situations Circle is built for
You provide immigration services, but your client needs a jurisdiction you don't cover. Say no and lose the client. Find a partner blindly and risk your reputation. Inside Circle, refer the case to a verified partner — and receive inbound enquiries from partners when the request falls within your jurisdiction. Terms agreed directly between the parties.
You already refer clients to partners abroad. How do you vet them? Every Circle member is verified before access. Inside the network — an ongoing track record: quality of work, deals completed, peer feedback.
You want to enter a new jurisdiction or add a service line. Partner with a local resident instead of building presence from scratch.
What you get when you join
We guide you through the process
After verification, the community manager helps you prepare your welcome post, define your goals and jurisdictional focus, and arranges your first personal introductions to relevant members. Personal introductions are the most efficient path from joining to your first partnership.
A vetted network with verified membership
Verification at entry
Legal entity check, registration documents, sanctions screening, identity verification of the authorized representative. Reviewed by a moderator. Up to 3 business days.
Reputation on an ongoing basis
Deals completed, peer feedback, response time, quality of work. Tracked inside the network, visible to counterparties.
How commercial value is created inside Circle
Every member works both sides of Circle: send offers to win the cases others bring in, and post requests to source specialists in jurisdictions you don’t cover yourself.
Client referrals
A request outside your jurisdiction goes to a verified partner — and partners send you requests that fall within yours.
Geographic expansion
Enter new markets through partnerships, without your own local presence.
Covering non-core requests
The right specialist is found within the network, so you never turn a client away.
Terms are agreed directly between the parties. Circle does not participate in deals and does not charge commission.
Partnerships that started inside the network
Portugal → Malta
A Portugal-based member received an investment-migration enquiry for Malta, outside their jurisdiction, and referred it to a verified partner. A seven-figure case; the referral fee alone covered the partner's annual membership many times over.
Talent Visa
Members in several jurisdictions each closed Talent Visa cases for their own clients — drawing on a PR specialist from within the network to strengthen each client's qualifying media presence. The partnerships formed inside Circle.
Euroclear
An investment-migration client had funds blocked in Euroclear. Resolved through an EU-based member with the specific expertise — a problem one firm alone could not have solved.
Slovakia → across the EU
After a change in Slovak immigration legislation, the local member's client flow dropped sharply. Through Circle they partnered with members in France, Spain, Slovenia, and other countries — and grew into an operator with European reach.
One partnership through the network can pay back the membership many times over.
What Circle is not
Circle is not a lead-generation service. We don't sell leads, we don't guarantee clients, and we take 0% of your deals.
Requests come from members and agents. How many reach you depends on your jurisdiction, your profile, and how active you are in the network. What we do maintain: a verified member base, balance across jurisdictions, and the infrastructure to run a partner deal from first request to closed payment.
If you're looking for a lead vendor — this isn't it. If you're looking for the room where the industry refers work to people it trusts — apply below.
Join now, lock in Early Member terms
Circle has been building cross-border partnerships since 2023 — and is now opening membership through its own platform. Early Members who join in this first cohort keep their terms for as long as they stay a member; the advantages don't expire.

A permanent mark on your company profile.
+2 jurisdictions on top of any tier
More reach at no extra cost, kept for as long as you're a member.

What does Early Member status involve, and why is it time-limited?
Circle has run cross-border partnerships since 2023; it's now opening membership through its own platform, and the Early Member window closes 31 August. Join before then and you keep your terms for good — entry price locked for as long as you remain a member, +2 jurisdictions on any tier, priority placement, and a permanent Early Member badge. After 31 August, membership continues at standard terms.
Will Circle bring me clients?
Circle isn't a lead-generation service. We don't sell leads or promise client volume, and we take 0% of your deals. What reaches you depends on your jurisdictions, your profile, and how active you are in the network. Our job is to keep the membership verified and to give every deal a clear path from first contact to closed payment.
Why is there no free tier for providers?
Circle is a vetted network. A free provider tier would dilute the membership and import noise — and every value proposition to agents depends on the absence of random or low-effort providers. Verification and onboarding also carry real cost.
How does verification work?
Three steps: complete your company profile, choose payment, then our team reviews your application. Identity verification runs through Stripe and takes a few minutes. You get network access and onboarding only once approved. If we decline your application, any prepaid fee is fully refunded.
What happens after my application is approved?
Onboarding with the community manager — goals, jurisdictional focus, your welcome post — then forum access and your first personal introductions.
Can I publish my own requests, not only respond?
Yes — when a case needs something you don't cover yourself (another jurisdiction, or a different service line), you post a request and verified members respond. Unlimited on every provider plan.
What if no providers in my jurisdiction are in the network yet?
You can still publish the request — it goes to the whole verified network, and a member with adjacent expertise may pick it up. Circle also actively adds jurisdictions in response to demand, so coverage keeps widening.
How are commercial terms set between members?
Directly between the parties. Circle does not participate in deals and does not charge commission.
What's the difference between Core, Team, and Group for my profile?
Mainly jurisdiction reach and monthly offers, plus seats. Requests are unlimited on every tier. Specialist Visa or Tax providers get higher jurisdiction bands at every tier.
Who has access to my company data?
Other verified providers can find you through search and open your full profile — the details you've chosen to publish, plus your verification and licences. Agents see far less: until you share an active deal, an agent sees only your avatar and first name. Your full profile and contacts open to them only once a deal is underway.
What happens if my membership lapses?
Access ends at the close of the period you've paid for. To return, you may need to re-apply and complete verification again, at the plan fees in effect at that time. Early Members who let membership lapse also lose their locked price — re-entry is at the current rate.
What is the Telegram forum, and who's in it?
Every provider gets access to Circle's private Telegram forum — a members-only space for the verified network. It's where members raise cross-border questions, compare notes on jurisdictions and cases, flag work they're looking to place, and get to know the people they'll be referring deals to. Access is providers only.
Do members meet beyond the platform?
Yes — Circle runs regular online events, and providers have access to all of them. Beyond attending, providers can take a speaking slot to present their practice and programs to the network as part of the schedule. When you do, we'll usually feature that content afterwards — a bit of extra visibility on top of the session itself.
