Pricing FAQ
What's the difference between Agent Free and Agent Pro?
On Agent Free you work as an individual agent, with a monthly request allowance and a cap on how many deals you keep open at once. Agent Pro removes both, and lets you add your company — name, logo and a company page the network sees — whenever you want to. The current limits are on the pricing page. Agent Pro is priced per seat: colleagues work under your company page, each on their own seat. Agent Pro members are also invited to Circle Roundtable and Circle Meetup; Meetup attendance is billed separately.
Do I have to pay to use Circle Deals as an agent?
No. A free agent account publishes requests, sends a request to a specific provider, and keeps its partner contacts. What Agent Pro adds is volume — how many requests you post and how many deals you run at once — plus your company page, colleagues and invitations to Circle Roundtable and Circle Meetup.
Who pays commission, and what does Circle take?
On a commission deal, the provider pays the agent a referral commission directly, on terms the two parties agree between themselves. Circle takes 0% of your deals. The only thing you pay Circle is your subscription.
How do commissions work in practice?
On a commission deal, the provider pays you a referral commission on the agreed terms after the client pays. On white-label, you bill the client and pay the provider for the service.
Can I stop my membership from renewing?
Yes. We send reminders before your membership renews, so you have time to stop it. Providers pay for a year at a time, and access runs to the end of the year already paid for. Agents on a paid plan keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded in either case.
